Justin R. Clark, Esq.

Justin Clark is a Civil Trial Attorney focusing on Real Estate Law, Tax Law, Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation. He is also familiar with workers compensation, personal injury, and Immigration Law.

But there is more to the story of Justin Clark…  He was born in Tennessee a humble number of years ago. The oldest of three brothers, Justin learned leadership at a young age. Although his family was not privileged financially, they were very much privileged to have each other. However, this hardship was a valuable lesson and fueled the growth of Justin’s career. He later went on to attend the University of Tennessee followed by the New England School of Law. During his law clerkship Justin went to a somewhat less conspicuous venue than his classmates – he went back to blue-collar America to 84 Lumber in South Carolina to work with his father.

The beginning of Justin’s career took him just a little further south to famed South Beach in Miami, FL where he learned workers compensation litigation from attorney William E. Gregory.

Shortly before the real estate bubble burst in 2006, Justin established Gregory & Clark, PLLC in Maitland, FL for the sole purpose of assisting the thousands of homeowners who would soon be threatened with foreclosure and financial ruin.

When he is not practicing law, he hosts three television shows: Behind the Law, You Have Real Estate and Best of Central Florida. And if you’re lucky enough to catch Justin not working; he spends time with his loved ones, two daughters and two fur babies: Stella & Bracco.

Fenya Maria DelFyette, Esq.

 
Fenya, a South Florida native, is an accomplished attorney who has built a reputation of being a trusted legal advisor providing the results her clients want.  A proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Fenya is known to have the right combination of assertiveness and compassion when approaching her cases.  Her commitment to achieving favorable outcomes is matched by a passion for justice and maintaining the highest ethical standards.  
 
Fenya is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and regularly participates in community focused events and pro bono work. 
Outside of the practice of law, Fenya enjoys spending time with her two children, travel, interesting dining experiences, her two kitties, and is always planning her next trip to Disney.  

Brandon Stewart, Esq.

Brandon Stewart joined the Firm as a Civil Litigation Trail Attorney many years ago. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Upon graduation he enrolled in John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta, GA where he attended his first year of law school. After his first year, he missed his home in Central Florida which prompted him to enroll in Barry University School of Law in Orlando to finish his degree. Brandon spends a majority of his practice in the civil litigation realm, defending a wide range of clients from consumers and homeowners to husbands and wives and accident victims. Recently, Brandon has expanded his practice into the criminal field as well, where he has had ample success. When he is not practicing law, he is a Dog Dad to our mascot, Freddy.

Tram Harper, Esq.

James (Tram) Harper joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney in July 2022. Tram has practiced for almost 25 years focusing on Bankruptcy, Probate and Civil Litigation. He earned a Bachelor of Science for Business Administration in 1994 from the University of Florida, and a J.D. from the University of Florida in 1997. He is a past President of the Orange County Bar Association, Bankruptcy Subcommittee, a member of The Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. In his downtime Tram enjoys attending numerous Pirate and Renaissance Festivals around the State of Florida and the United States with his wife Carrie.

Andrea Anderson, Esq.

Andrea, a Connecticut native, is an accomplished attorney who owned a law firm with satellite offices in CT, NY and FL, and also practices in GA. Andrea’s law firm was a general practice focusing on bankrupty, criminal defense, and personal injury. Andrea graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and went on to obtain a Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law Center in New York. Andrea worked two years after law school for the New York Appellate Division, 2nd Dept. in Brooklyn as a court attorney writing the decisions for the judges’ review and publication. Andrea also worked for New York legal aid until she started her own law practice for the flexibility and balance with family.

Andrea favored the practice of bankruptcy law, representing people who experienced financial hardship. Andrea’s bankruptcy practice, as well as her work counseling and advising on bankruptcy and other insolvency matters, is wide ranging.

Andrea is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Association and regularly participates in community focused events and faith-based activities.

Outside of the practice of law, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, her dog, practicing meditation and pilates and is always seeking deeper enlightenment.
