Wayne Spivak ESQ.

Wayne Spivak joined the Firm as an associate in March 2017, focusing on bankruptcy and IRS issues. Before joining our team, Wayne worked for several years both as a staff attorney for Laurie Weatherford, the standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Orlando, FL, and as a creditor rights attorney with both Albertelli Law and Ronald R. Wolfe and Associates, P.L. He earned a Bachelor of Arts for Public Administration in 1998 from San Diego State University, and a J.D. from Stetson Law in 2005. Before practicing law, Wayne spent 9 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician, and then worked 7 years as a Claims Representative for the Social Security Administration.
